Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa will not yet implement excise on diaper and wet tissue products.Previously, the Directorate General of Customs and Excise launched a study on the potential for expanding excisable goods to diapers, cutlery and wet wipes which often become marine waste.However, Minister Purbaya emphasized that he would not introduce new excises or taxes or additional taxes before the economy stabilized.
