The Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas of the Republic of Indonesia has begun simultaneously building permanent housing in four districts and cities in North Sumatra Province which were affected by flash floods and landslides.
In South Tapanuli Regency, as many as 227 permanent residential units will be built and intended for refugees whose homes were swept away by the flood.
