At a joint working meeting with Commission XI of the DPR in Senayan, the Ministry of Finance emphasized that national economic conditions were starting to improve amidst global economic pressure.However, this improvement has not been fully reflected in tax revenues which are again below the target.
To overcome this, the government formed an Economic Acceleration Task Force involving 20 ministries.
