BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated that the surge in users was proof and an indicator that digitalization carried out by BNI was experiencing extraordinary acceleration.
The surge is also proof that BNI has succeeded in presenting innovations that strengthen the digitalization of national financial services which are able to present a modern banking platform and then integrate various financial transaction needs in one digital channel.
Okki emphasized that digitalization is the company’s main focus in expanding access to banking services.
“We believe digitalization is the key to providing more inclusive and accessible financial services. In the future, BNI will strengthen cross-sector collaboration to support the national digital economic ecosystem,” explained Okki in an official statement.
The achievement in APN 2025 strengthens BNI’s position as an adaptive and progressive financial institution in facing changes in the industrial landscape, while also confirming the company’s commitment to providing relevant and sustainable digital services for customers.
