informed that there were operational disruptions and route adjustments for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Small Bus and Microtrans services on Friday (12/12).
Head of the Transjakarta Public Relations and CSR Department, Ayu Wardhani, said the disruption was caused by a combination of various factors, including incidents of fallen trees, flooding, as well as traffic diversions and lane closures.
“We apologize for the inconvenience experienced by customers. The team in the field continues to coordinate with various parties to ensure service restoration is carried out as quickly as possible,” said Ayu in a written statement.

Disruption due to fallen trees and road closures
1. BRT Route 2: The route is shortened and has diversions along Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan and Jalan Kunir (PIK direction).
Stops that do not serve: City Hall Stop, Gambir 2 Bus Stop, and Salakota Bus Stop.
2. BRT Routes 6A and 6B (Ragunan): Services experienced route closures along Medan Merdeka Selatan.Both routes only operate to the Kebon Sirih bus stop and do not serve the CITY HALL STOP.
3. BRT Route 9: Operational shortened due to the impact of fallen trees.
4. Route 6T: NOT Operating (Diversion) due to fallen trees.
Disruption due to flooding and inundation
Some of the Mikrotrans services affected include:
1. Mikrotrans JAK.10 (60): Route diverted due to flooding approximately 80cm high on Duri Hill.
2. Mikrotrans JAK.71 and JAK.57: Route diverted due to flooding on Jalan Hejdih towards Ng Rambutan and on Jalan Haji Ali.
Other Interruptions (Project/Technical)
1. BRT Route 1: NOT Operating (Diversion) at 15:50 WIB due to Project/Trolleytech impact route.Unserved stops: Dukuh Atas bus stop.
2. Mikrotrans (JAK.23, JAK.86, JAK.80, JAK.90): This entire route experienced diversion due to fallen trees in various locations such as Jl.Narada, Anggra Rawaamangun, Jln Jendpad Ancol Barat 4, and Jl.Turmeric.
