mutation
the positions of Metro Police Chief for Central Jakarta (Jakpus), South Jakarta (Jaksel) to South Tangerang Police Chief (Tangsel).
The mutation was stated in telegram letters number ST/2781/XII/KEP./2025, ST/2781A/XII/KEP./2025 and ST/2781B/XII/KEP/2025 dated 15 December 2025 which was signed by the National Police Chief on behalf of As SDM Inspector General Anwar.

“Mutations are a normal thing in the National Police organization. Apart from being a form of career development, this is also done to increase professionalism and optimize services to the community,” said Karopenmas Divhumas Polri Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko in his statement, Saturday (20/12).
In this transfer, Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro was shifted from his position as Head of Central Jakarta Metro Police to become Main Crime Investigator TK II Bareskrim Polri.The position left by Sustayo is now filled by Commissioner Reynold EP Hutagalung.
Then for the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Commissioner Nicolas Ary Lilipaly, he was transferred to become Principal Police Widyaiswara TK II Sespim Lemdiklat Polri.The position left was replaced by Kombes I Putu Yuni Setiawan.
Meanwhile, the South Tangerang Police Chief, AKBP Victor Daniel Henry Inkiriwang, has been transferred to become Head of the Human Resources Bureau of Polda Metro Jaya.The position left by Victor is now filled by AKBP Boy Jumalolo.
National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo transferred and promoted 1,086 personnel consisting of high-ranking officers (Pati) and middle-ranking officers (Pamen).
The transfer of thousands of personnel was stated in five telegram letters (ST).Of the total transfers, 928 personnel received promotions or flat assignments.
This December’s transfer also includes 50 Pati and Pamen personnel in a special category.In detail, 79 personnel are leaving for education and 11 personnel are entering retirement.
“Through this mutation, the National Police hopes that the organization’s performance will become more solid, adaptive, and able to provide the best protection and service for all levels of society,” said Trunoyudo.
