The police scheduled an inspection of
Roy Suryo
CS as a suspect in the alleged fake diploma case of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (
Jokowi
) on Thursday (13/11).
In total there are three people who will be questioned.They are Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa.
“Yes, that’s right (the three were questioned on Thursday),” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto when confirmed, Monday (10/11).

However, Budi has not yet confirmed whether the three of them will appear to fulfill the summons for the initial examination as suspects or not.
Budi also said that so far investigators have only scheduled examinations of three suspects, out of a total of eight suspects in this case.
“Meanwhile, the three suspects are scheduled for Thursday, November 13,” he said.
Previously, Polda Metro Jaya named eight suspects divided into two clusters in connection with the alleged case of Jokowi’s fake diploma.
The first cluster consists of five suspects, namely Eggi Sudjana, Kurnia Tri Rohyani, Damai Hari Lubis, Rustam Effendi and Muhammad Rizal Fadillah.
They were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 27a in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
Then the second cluster consisted of three suspects, namely Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa.
The three of them were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 32 Paragraph 1 Juncto Article 48 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 35 Junto Article 51 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 27a Junto Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 Junto Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
In this case, investigators said Roy Suryo cs had spread false accusations and misled the public.This conclusion is based on the results of examination of 130 witnesses and 22 experts, including an in-depth examination of 723 pieces of evidence.
“Investigators concluded that the suspects had spread false accusations and edited and digitally manipulated diploma documents using unscientific analysis methods and misleading the public,” said Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri in a press conference, Friday (7/11).
