He said that one alleged perpetrator who was transferred had been admitted to an inpatient room, then transferred to the National Police Hospital.

“Now the authority over this alleged perpetrator is with the police and we are now focusing on the victim’s mental recovery,” he said.
According to him, the team of doctors is tasked with treating and physically recovering a number of explosion victims, while the mental and social psychological recovery of the victims will be carried out by the Ministry of Basic Education together with several related stakeholders.
“Including the suspected explosion,” he added.
He said he had visited the patient who was hospitalized with his family today and everything had started to improve.
“Everyone I visited looked enthusiastic, they were optimistic,” he said.
Previously, the Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, said that the suspected perpetrator of the explosion at SMAN 72 Kelapa Gading, who had the status of a child in conflict with the law (ABH), was currently still undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit (ICU) after undergoing surgery.
“The wound is definitely on the head and there are scratches. Yes, he underwent surgery on the head,” said Budi Hermanto at Polda Metro Jaya.
According to him, the child is now conscious, but still needs to undergo medical treatment in stages.The injuries suffered were quite serious, especially on the head, so they required surgery.The suspected perpetrator is currently still in the ICU under strict guard by police officers.
The explosion occurred at SMAN 72, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Friday (7/11) afternoon.A total of 96 people, mostly students, were injured as a result of the incident.
Up to a day after the incident, 29 victims were still being treated in hospitals and the remaining 67 had been discharged.Apart from RSI Cempaka Putih, there are also Yarsi Hospital and Pertamina Hospital.
“So the total number of people still being treated is approximately 29 out of 96. And the rest went home yesterday and may be undergoing outpatient treatment,” said National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
