Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Committee, Asep Guntur Rahayu, revealed that the ‘ijon’ for the project was given by Sarjan to Ade and Kunang.The money was given four times through intermediaries.
“In addition to the flow of funds, throughout 2025, ADK [Ade Kuswara] is also suspected of receiving other receipts from a number of parties totaling IDR 4.7 billion,” explained Asep at a press conference at the KPK building, South Jakarta, Saturday (20/12) morning.
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) uncovered the alleged bribery case related to this project’s ‘bond debt’ through a sting operation (OTT) last Thursday (18/12).The Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) initially arrested 10 people in the OTT which resulted from public complaints.
In this OTT, the KPK also secured evidence at Ade Kuswara’s house in the form of cash worth IDR 200 million.The money was the remainder of Sarjan’s fourth bonded deposit through intermediaries.
“After an intensive examination was carried out at the investigation stage and elements of the alleged criminal incident were found, the corruption case in Bekasi Regency was decided to move to the investigation stage. Then after finding sufficient evidence, the Corruption Eradication Committee named 3 people as suspects,” explained Asep.
Now, the three suspects are being held at the KPK State Detention Center (Rutan) for the first 20 days until January 8 2026.
For their actions, Ade Kuswara and H.M Kunang as the parties receiving the bribes were suspected of violating Article 12 a or Article 11 and Article 12B of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 1 of the Criminal Code and Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, Sarjan, as the party giving the bribe, is suspected of violating Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Law.
