Investigators also studied the same material when examining the Head of the Ministry of Health’s Planning and Budget Bureau, Liendha Andajani, on Wednesday (12/11).
“Witnesses were questioned regarding the process of proposing physical DAK for hospital construction through an application, where the budgeting for the construction of this hospital came from the Ministry of Health’s DAK budget,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a written statement, Wednesday (12/11).

Today, the Corruption Eradication Commission should summon another witness on behalf of the staff at the Directorate General of Nursania Health Services.However, the person concerned asked for a reschedule.
Recently, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) developed a suspected corruption case related to the construction of the East Kolaka Regional Hospital by naming three people as new suspects.
Based on the information gathered, the suspects are a staff member at the Ministry of Health with the initials HP, Y as a confidant of the inactive East Kolaka Regent Abd Azis, and A as a consultant or liaison between the contractor and the Commitment Making Officer (PPK).
The law enforcement process in the alleged corruption case related to the construction of the East Kolaka Regional Hospital was dismantled by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) through a sting operation (OTT) in August 2025.
At that time, the KPK named five people as suspects.
They are the Regent of East Kolaka, Abd Azis;PIC of the Ministry of Health for the Construction of RSUD Andi Lukman Hakim;PPK for East Kolaka Hospital Development Project, Ageng Dermanto;representative from PT Pilar Smart Putra (PCP) Deddy Karnady;and KSO PT PCP Arif Rahman.
Deddy and Arif Rahman as bribe givers are suspected of violating Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor)

Meanwhile, Abd Azis, Ageng Dermanto, and Andi Lukman as recipients of bribes are suspected of violating Article 12 letters a or b or Article 11 and Article 12 B of the Corruption Law.

In the ongoing investigation process, the Corruption Eradication Commission has searched and confiscated a number of pieces of evidence suspected to be related to the case.One of the rooms searched was a room at the Directorate General of Advanced Health at the Ministry of Health.
A number of witnesses, including the Director General of Health Services of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, Azhar Jaya, have also been examined by investigators.
