The tenth session period II 2025-2026 officially stipulates changes to the National Legislation Program (
Prolegnas
) 2026 Priorities and Medium Term Prolegnas 2025-2029.
The meeting ratified Baleg’s proposal to issue six bills and include three new bills in the 2026 Priority Prolegnas. With these changes, the number of bills in the 2026 Priority Prolegnas now stands at 64 from the original 67.
“We respect the council session, we will ask the honorable session whether the DPR RI Legislative Body’s report on the results of discussions on one amendment to the 2026 Priority Bill Prolegnas, two amendments to the second Prolgenas Bill 2025-2029, can be approved?”said Deputy Speaker of the DPR, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, asking for the participants’ approval, “agree,” they answered in unison.

In his report, six bills were issued.The details are the Criminal Procedure Code Bill, Prosecutor’s Bill, Patriot Bond Bill, Danantara Bill, BUMN Bill and Criminal Adjustment Bill.
Specifically, the Criminal Procedure Bill and the Criminal Procedure Bill were issued because they had been passed into law.
As a replacement, the DPR Baleg received three new bills for the 2026 Priority Prolegnas, namely the Wiretapping Bill, the Drinking Water and Sanitation Management Bill, and the Indigenous Peoples Law Bill.
Apart from the 2026 Priority Bill, the plenary session also set the number of lists for the 2025-2029 Prolegnas at 199, and five bills which are open cumulative.
“We can report that all factions unanimously approved the second Amendment Bill to the 2025-2029 Prolegnas Bill and the 2026 Priority Prolegnas Amendment Bill,” said Bob in his presentation.
