As many as 120 thousand civilians in four provinces near the border were evacuated following the re-ignition of war between

, the four provinces are Ubon Ratchathani with 22,580 people, Sisaket with 45,914 people, Surin with 51,781 people, and Buri Ram with 5,563 people.

Thai authorities have opened 492 temporary shelters which currently house 125,838 people.
They also opened 75 points for vulnerable groups such as elderly people, children, pregnant women, people with disabilities and people in unhealthy conditions.
In addition, the Army Veterinary Department also supplied 24,000 kilograms of dry hay for animal feed.
Until now the evacuation process is still ongoing.The Thai Army has also appealed to the public not to share photos, video clips or information showing troop movements and military operations in order to maintain security.
The military also appealed to the public to follow the latest information from official government channels and the Army’s website, Second Army Area.
The two neighboring countries have been at war again since the start of this week.Thailand claims that Cambodia first launched rocket attacks on border areas such as Ban Sai Tho to Buri Ram.They then responded by deploying F-16 fighter jets.

Last June, the two countries fought for four days.Then, Malaysia as chairman of ASEAN at that time attempted negotiations until finally agreeing to a ceasefire.
