Cambodia accused the Thai military of bombarding the gambling tourist town of Poipet on the border following the outbreak of war between the two countries again.
In a statement on Thursday (18/12), Cambodia’s Ministry of Defense said Thai troops “dropped two bombs in the Poipet Municipality area, Banteay Meanchey Province” at around 11.00 local time.
The city of Poipet is one of the favorite tourist sites of Thai people and is also one of the crossing cities between the two countries.
Advanced!Saudi Arabia Has a New US-Made Warship
Saudi Arabia launched its newest advanced warship called the King Saud made in the state of Wisconsin, United States this week.
The ship is the first of four multi-mission warships built under Project Tuwaiq.
The ships, produced for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF), are part of Saudi Arabia’s expanding efforts to modernize its fleet.
This modernization is carried out through the application of the latest technology, increased training and expansion of operational capabilities.
Israeli Soldier Suicides at Military Headquarters, Increases to 61 Cases
An Israeli soldier died by suicide inside a military base in northern Israel on Tuesday (16/12) evening.
According to the Hebrew-language newspaper, this incident brings the number of Israeli soldiers who have committed suicide since the war in Gaza began to 61.
The Haaretz newspaper reported on Tuesday that the soldier, a tracker serving in the regular military service.
He shot himself inside the base, and was seriously injured until he was pronounced dead on Tuesday (16/12) evening.
