, Bimo said he found ethical violations within the DJP through collusion between DJP employees and consultants and taxpayers themselves.
This conspiracy is usually carried out by DJP employees who want to submit their resignations to become part of a consultant or tax team for a particular taxpayer.However, they still have state data that can be used as a loophole for fraud.
“So it is suspected that there is a conspiracy between tax officials, then bad consultants and taxpayers,” said Bimo.
Bimo claims to have prepared a special policy in the form of implementing a 5 year waiting period for tax officials who wish to file
resigned.
“Because those who work at the Directorate General of Taxes must maintain their independence. There can be no such thing
