The victim’s mother reported the incident to the Tangerang City Metro Police and was registered with the number LP/B/1737/XI/2025/PMJ/Restro Tng Kota on November 6 2025.
In her report, the victim’s mother reported the alleged criminal act of taking away a minor girl without parental permission as intended in Article 332 of the Criminal Code.

“We will continue to carry out examinations and collect evidence to determine whether or not there are criminal elements in accordance with Article 332 of the Criminal Code,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for the Tangerang City Metro Police, Commissioner Awaludin Kanur in his statement, Thursday (13/11).
After receiving a report from the victim’s mother, the Tangerang City Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit 6/PPA team immediately carried out an intensive investigation into the victim’s whereabouts.
From the search results, it is known that the victim was at the D’Paragon Hotel, Manggarai, South Jakarta, before finally leaving the location at around 11.30 WIB.
Based on the hotel’s CCTV footage, it shows the victim leaving using an online motorbike taxi service to go to Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta.
Based on these findings, the team then carried out a search in the area until finally the victim was found sitting alone in front of the canteen in the Taman Ismail Marzuki area on Wednesday (12/11).
The victim was then taken to the Tangerang City Metro Police Headquarters for further examination and psychological assistance.Apart from that, a post mortem et repertum was also carried out on the victim.
“We are grateful that the victim was found safe. This is thanks to the fast work and good field coordination of the PPA Satreskrim Unit,” said Tangerang City Metro Police Chief Commissioner Raden Muhammadjauhari.
Furthermore,jauhari also reminded the importance of the role of the family and community in protecting children from potential criminal acts of exploitation or taking away minors.
“We urge parents to always monitor their children’s activities, both in social and digital environments, so that they do not become victims of irresponsible parties,” he concluded.
Previously, a private high school student in Tangerang City with the initials MG (16) was finally found in the Cikini area, Central Jakarta on Wednesday (12/11) after being missing without a trace for a week.
“Yes, it was (found) this afternoon by the Tangerang City Police, around Cikini, Central Jakarta,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto to journalists, Wednesday.
