Jakarta, hitclubapk3 Indonesia — Secretary General of Peradi Bersatu Ade Darmawan denied the term “people’s court” which was conveyed by Roy Suryo’s attorney, Ahmad Khozinudin, when discussing the case of Jokowi’s alleged fake diploma.According to Ade, the concept of people’s courts is not known in positive law in Indonesia.
