is a Korean drama starring two Chungmuro actresses, Jeon Do-yeon and Kim Go-eun.The drama brings together two big names to play the characters of criminals in prison.
The drama tells the story of Ahn Yoon-soo (Jeon Do-yeon) meeting Mo Eun (Kim Go-eun) in prison after he was suspected of killing her husband.The two of them make a mysterious agreement together.

The following is a synopsis of The Price of Confession.
The Price of Confession tells the life of Ahn Yoon-soo (Jeon Do-yeon), an art teacher whose world collapsed overnight.She found her husband tragically dead and she was accused of being the main suspect.
She insisted on stating her innocence and that she was not involved in anything behind her husband’s death.However, the effort was in vain.Yoon-soo remains entangled in the law and is in prison.

In the midst of her desperation to prove the truth and find out her husband’s killer, she meets Mo Eun (Kim Go-eun), a mysterious inmate who is nicknamed a witch.
Mo Eun is said to have the supernatural ability to read minds and understand other people’s feelings.Seeing a gap in Yoon-soo’s fragility, Mo Eun approaches him with an ulterior motive.
He made an offer by being willing to admit to being the murderer of Yoon-soo’s husband, but with certain conditions which Yoon-soo agreed to.
Bound by their respective dark secrets, the two embark on a dangerous deal that blurs the line between truth and lies.
On the other hand, the intensity of the story increases with the presence of Baek Dong-hoon (Park Hae-soo), a persistent prosecutor who smells something odd in Yoon-soo’s case.The in-depth investigation he carried out slowly began to put pressure on the two women.
The Price of Confession was directed by Lee Jung-hyo, who previously also directed the Netflix original series Doona (2023) and Crash Landing on You (2019).
Apart from starring Kim Go-eun and Jeon Do-yeon, the drama also stars Park Hae-soo, Jin Suk-kyu, Lee Mi-do, Kim Sun-young, and Lee Sang-hee.
The Price of Confession starts airing December 5 on Netflix with a total of 12 episodes.
