tonight, Friday 19 December 2025, will show Jurassic Park (1993) at 21.00 WIB.The following is a synopsis of Jurassic Park starring Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum.
Industrialist John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) builds Jurassic Park, a revived dinosaur theme park, on the tropical island of Isla Nublar, off the coast of Costa Rica.

After a Velociraptor killed a dinosaur handler, the park’s investors, represented by attorney Donald Gennaro, threatened to withdraw funding unless experts declared the island safe.
Gennaro invites chaos theorist Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), and Hammond invites paleontologist Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and paleobotanist Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern).
Upon arrival, the group is surprised to see a living Brachiosaurus and Parasaurolophus.

At the park’s visitor center, the group learns that cloning was accomplished by extracting dinosaur DNA from prehistoric mosquitoes preserved in amber.
DNA from frogs, among other animals, was used to fill gaps in the dinosaur genome.To prevent breeding, the dinosaur was made female through direct chromosome manipulation.
The group witnesses the hatching of a baby Velociraptor and visits the raptor enclosure.Over lunch, the group debated the ethics of cloning and the creation of the park.
Malcolm warns about the implications of genetic engineering, while Grant and Sattler express uncertainty about the ability of humans and dinosaurs to coexist.
Hammond’s grandchildren, Lex (Ariana Richards) and Tim (Joseph Mazzello), join the others for a tour of the park in two self-driving Ford Explorer electric touring vehicles, while Hammond watches them from the control room.
Most of the dinosaurs fail to appear, and the group encounters a sick Triceratops.The tour was cut short due to an approaching tropical storm.
Park employees departed for land by boat while the visitors returned to their electric tour vehicles, except for Sattler, who stayed with the park’s veterinarian, Dr.Harding, to study Triceratops.
Jurassic Park’s disgruntled lead computer programmer, Dennis Nedry, had previously bribed Lewis Dodgson, a man working for Hammond’s corporate rival, to steal frozen dinosaur embryos.
He disabled the park’s security system to access the embryo storage room and stored them in a container disguised as a can of Barbasol shaving cream.

Nedry’s sabotage cuts power to the tour vehicles, leaving them trapped as they approach the park’s Tyrannosaurus rex enclosure.
Most of the park’s electric fences have also been disabled, allowing the Tyrannosaurus to escape and attack the group.
