Supreme Court Judge (

) reject the request for Judicial Review (

The panel of judges who rejected PK Muhammad Lutfi as the applicant with decision number: 2637 PK/PID.SUS/2025 was chaired by Prim Haryadi along with two of his members, Yanto and Sinintha Yuliansih Sibarani.
Before his sentence was finalized, Lutfi also failed at the cassation level.The cassation decision which upheld his sentence strengthened the appeal decision at the NTB High Court.
In the decision of the NTB High Court, the panel of appeals judges overturned the decision of the first instance court at the Mataram District Court.
The panel of judges at the appeals level then tried Muhammad Lutfi’s case by sentencing him to 7 years in prison with a fine of IDR 250 million, subsidiary to 6 months in prison in lieu of a fine.
The judge also charged Muhammad Lutfi to pay compensation for state financial losses amounting to Rp. 1.4 billion, subsidiary to 1 year of replacement imprisonment.
