South Jakarta Metro Police revealed that Alex Iskandar had asked for help with the body

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Adrian Satrio Utomo, said that the perpetrator had asked one of the witnesses for help on the grounds that the plastic contained a dead dog.
He said the body was handed over to a witness with the initials G in the Tenjo area, Bogor, West Java, on March 9 2025.

“But regarding the contents, he stated that he did not know and the suspect said that it contained a dead dog. We apologize,” he said at a press conference, Monday (24/11).
Adrian said the witness believed the perpetrator and did not check the contents of the plastic again until it was finally found on Friday (21/11).
“Thanks to everyone’s help and prayers, and assisted by the K-9 unit from the National Police Headquarters and also the Regional Police, we found a human skeleton suspected of being an AKN victim,” he said.
Previously, the police revealed Alex Iskandar’s motive for kidnapping and killing his stepson Alvaro Kiano Nugroho (6) and dumping him in the Tenjo area, Bogor, West Java.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Budi Hermanto, said that from the results of examining digital evidence, the perpetrator was suspected of having the urge to take revenge against his wife because he was upset about being cheated on.
“Investigators found that there were strong indications of the perpetrator’s urge to take revenge (because he was upset about being cheated on). This occurred repeatedly, causing pain to certain parties,” he said at a press conference, Monday (24/11).
Budi said it was because of that motive that the perpetrator kidnapped his stepson at a mosque in the Pesanggrahan area, on March 6 2025. At the time of the kidnapping, he said the victim cried non-stop so he was smothered until he died.
He explained that the perpetrator then put the victim’s body in the car garage of his house for three days after kidnapping the victim.After that, Alex put Alvaro’s body in black plastic and took it to the Tenjo area, Bogor to be thrown away.
“The perpetrator wrapped the body in a black plastic bag and threw it in the Tenjo area, at the Cilalay Bridge on March 9 2025 at night or 3 days after it was discovered that AKN was missing,” he said.
