“DSI proposes that the DSI Lender Association be the sole forum for lender representatives to submit approval to the OJK,” said the Management of the Indonesian Sharia Fund Lender Association, Bayu Secretariat Section when contacted.

, DSI and the DSI Lender Association agreed to open a two-way communication channel that will continue throughout the problem resolution process.

, periodically the views and aspirations of lenders will be conveyed, as well as updates on the condition of DSI which is still under OJK inspection.

, the submission of a proposal for settlement of disbursement of lender funds will be submitted by DSI, including human resources (HR), lender data collection, source of disbursement funds, and timeline.
“During the meeting there were discussions and questions and answers between the two parties regarding corrections and input on the DSI Proposal,” said Bayu.
It is known, based on the Instagram upload @paguyubanlenderdsi, as of November 18 2025, it was recorded that bank funds recapitulated were IDR 1,004,571,508,599 accumulated from 3,312 DSI lenders.
“We demand an immediate refund of DSI bank funds and a clear timeline!”wrote the DSI Lender Association in the upload.
Meanwhile, OJK has also imposed Business Activity Restrictions (PKU) sanctions on PT DSI starting October 15 2025.
The imposition of sanctions is a form of OJK’s strict supervision of PT DSI so that the company focuses on completing its obligations to lenders.
Then, the supervisory agency facilitated a meeting between PT DSI management and lenders at the OJK Office in Jakarta on Tuesday (28/10).
Quoting from a press release on the OJK website, the meeting was a follow-up to a number of public complaints submitted to the OJK consumer complaint channel regarding delays in refunds and payment of returns from DSI.
