The Indonesian U-23 national team failed to qualify for the semifinals despite winning 3-1 over Myanmar in the final match of Group C of the 2025 SEA Games at the 700th Anniversary Stadium, Chiang Mai, Thailand, Friday (12/12) evening WIB.
This victory was not enough for the U-23 Indonesian National Team.Ivar Jenner and his friends were unable to compete with Malaysia to secure a ticket through the best runner up route.
The U-23 national team and Malaysia both collected three points.However, Malaysia has better goal productivity with a goal difference of 4-3 compared to Indonesia’s 3-2.

Myanmar was able to take a 1-0 lead over the U-23 National Team in the 29th minute.Min Maw Oo’s curling shot from outside the penalty box nestled into the left corner of Daffa Fasya’s goal.
Indra Sjafri made a substitution after Indonesia conceded the goal.Zanadin Fariz was introduced to replace Rayhan Hannan.
