Sari was named a suspect and immediately detained after being questioned intensively since the beginning of baby Pian’s death.
“He is a suspect, he has been detained,” Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for the Bandung Police, Commissioner Anton, when contacted, Tuesday (25/11).

Anton said that Sari himself was reported by Pian’s biological father, several hours after Pian died, on Saturday (22/11).Then the police carried out an intensive examination of Sari as the reported party.
Anton said that Sari would also undergo a psychiatric examination after being detained.
“Yes, a psychological examination (psychiatric examination) will be carried out,” he said.
Pian’s biological mother, Titawati hopes that the perpetrator will be given a punishment commensurate with his actions.
“We from the family only hope that the perpetrator can be punished according to his actions and the applicable law,” he said.
Previously, Raditya Allibyan Fauzan (4) or who was often called Pian, died on Saturday (22/11) at Ujungberung Regional Hospital, Bandung City.
The toddler was rushed to hospital on Friday (21/11) with a condition full of bruises.Pian’s death, it is suspected that there was a criminal act of violence involved in Pian’s death.The suspicion of a violent crime was strengthened by the discovery of a number of wounds on Pian’s body.
“From our conclusion, it is indeed suspected that there was a criminal act of violence against children which caused the victim to die,” said Kasatreskrim Bandung Police Commissioner Anton, Monday (24/11), in the previous news.
Regarding the autopsy results, Anton revealed that many wounds were found on the toddler’s body.Several injuries were caused by alleged beatings with a blunt object.
“Well, the results of the autopsy examination revealed that the victim had many injuries, both new wounds and old scars. There appeared to be blunt force violence on the head, both on the forehead and on the back, then also all over his body, on the hands, feet and around the chest as well,” he said.
