Likewise, the main currencies of developed countries varied.The European euro was minus 0.02 percent, the Swiss franc fell 0.01 percent, the Australian dollar rose 0.09 percent, and the Canadian dollar was stagnant.

Doo Financial Futures analysts said that even though it was weakening, the rupiah still had the potential to strengthen limited to the US dollar after Bank Indonesia held interest rates at 4.75 percent.
