Roy Suryo Answers Summons as Suspect in Jokowi Certificate Case

CS was present to fulfill the summons for examination as a suspect in the alleged fake diploma case of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi) at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (13/11).
Roy Suryo and Rismon Sianipar arrived at the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Building at around 10.16 WIB accompanied by their attorney, Ahmad Khozinudin.Meanwhile, Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa is said to have arrived first.
Roy admitted that he was ready to face his first examination as a suspect today.He also admitted that he had prepared a number of pieces of evidence to be submitted to investigators.

“We are very ready, we are, the evidence is there, we are,” said Roy at Polda Metro Jaya.
Roy said that his presence with Rismon and Tifa in this examination was not for their own interests.He claims to represent the interests of all Indonesian people who want change.
“Because this country has been experiencing a very evil, very cruel regime for a long time, which mainly uses all means, all power, including using fake diplomas which have not dared to be exposed until now,” he said.
“We are here to uphold the truth, don’t let President Prabowo Subianto repeat mistakes like the previous regime,” he continued.
Polda Metro Jaya has named eight suspects divided into two clusters related to the alleged case of Jokowi’s fake diploma.
The first cluster consists of five suspects, namely Eggi Sudjana, Kurnia Tri Rohyani, Damai Hari Lubis, Rustam Effendi and Muhammad Rizal Fadillah.
They were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 160 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 27a in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45a Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
Then the second cluster consisted of three suspects, namely Roy Suryo, Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar and Tifauziah Tyassuma alias Dr Tifa.
The three of them were charged with Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 32 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 48 Paragraph 1 and/or Article 35 in conjunction with Article 51 paragraph 1 and/or Article 27 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 4 and/or Article 28 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45a paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.
In this case, investigators said Roy Suryo cs had spread false accusations and misled the public.This conclusion is based on the results of examination of 130 witnesses and 22 experts, including an in-depth examination of 723 pieces of evidence.
“Investigators concluded that the suspects had spread false accusations and edited and digitally manipulated diploma documents using unscientific analysis methods and misleading the public,” said Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri in a press conference, Friday (7/11).
