Indonesian Stock Exchange (
BEI
) determine the holiday schedule for the celebration of Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 (
Nataru
).
During the Christmas and New Year period, stock trading activities will be temporarily suspended according to the specified date.
In its announcement, IDX stated that the stock exchange holiday will start on Thursday, December 25 2025 for the celebration of Christmas or the birth of Jesus Christ.

The holiday will continue on Friday, December 26 2025 as Christmas holiday.
Furthermore, the stock exchange will also not operate on Wednesday, December 31 2025, and Thursday, January 1 2026 to coincide with the 2026 New Year holiday.
In between the series of holidays, trading on the IDX regular market will continue to reopen on Monday, December 29 2025 and Tuesday, December 30 2025.
On these two days, trading sessions took place normally with Session I opening at 09.00-12.00 WIB and Session II at 13.30-15.49 WIB.
After the New Year holiday, stock exchange trading will resume on Friday, January 2 2026.
On the first day of trading at the beginning of the year, IDX set trading hours adjustments, namely Session I at 09.00-11.30 WIB and Session II at 14.00-15.49 WIB.
