Head of Public Relations of the West Java Regional Police, Commissioner Pol Hendra Rochmawan, explained that the placement in a special cell was carried out because of the need for intensive examinations that were still ongoing.
“So far, we have not put him in a general cell, he is still in a special cell because there is still a need for continuous examination,” said Hendra to reporters, Tuesday (16/12).

According to him, Resbob is currently still stationed alone so that the inspection process can run optimally without obstacles.
“So we still have him alone. We will name him as a suspect first, so that later investigators will have more freedom and not be limited in time in carrying out investigations,” he explained.
Hendra added that currently the police are still conducting a case to officially determine Resbob’s legal status.
“We are currently investigating this,” he said.
Previously, Resbob was arrested on Monday (15/12) after fleeing to a number of areas on the island of Java.
Initial information stated that Resbob was detained in the East Java region.However, after the team that arrested Resbob arrived in Jakarta, they said that the YouTuber was arrested in the Semarang area, Central Java.
“He was detained in Semarang,” said the Director of Cyber Investigation at the West Java Regional Police, Commissioner Resza Ramadianshah, when contacted.
Resbob was arrested in Semarang at around 13.00 WIB.There are several areas in Java that used to be hiding places to escape from police pursuit.
“The team previously conducted a search in Surabaya, Surakarta and was arrested in Semarang,” said Resza who directly led the arrest.
