6 month old girl died after being abused by her biological father, IS (28) in Ciputat, South Tangerang (

), Sunday (14/12).IS had the heart to torture her child to death because the child kept crying.
The incident began when the perpetrator was carrying his child in his shop.The perpetrator then asked his wife or the victim’s mother to make milk because the victim was crying.
“However, the perpetrator was upset and emotional because the victim’s child wouldn’t stop crying. The suspect threw the victim’s child who was being carried towards the floor until the victim’s child hit his head,” said East Ciputat Police Chief Commissioner Bambang Askar Sodiq in his statement, Monday (15/12).

As a result of the perpetrator’s actions, the victim experienced bleeding from the head.The victim was then immediately taken to hospital for treatment.
“However, while on the way, the victim’s child died due to bleeding in the head,” said Bambang.
Due to this incident, the family then reported the incident to the East Ciputat Police.The police immediately moved to investigate the perpetrator.

To the police, the perpetrator said the victim kept crying because the house was dark.The perpetrator admitted that the house was dark because the electricity token ran out so the electricity went out.
“(The perpetrator admitted) slamming the victim twice, first on the mattress (floor) on his stomach (facing down), second on the mattress on his back (facing up). The perpetrator admitted that the victim’s head was hit by a milk bottle when he slammed the second time,” said Bambang.
“The perpetrator admitted that when he was slammed the first time the victim was still crying and when he was slammed the second time the victim groaned until he finally fell silent,” he continued.
Now, the perpetrator with the initials IS has been named a suspect.He was charged with Article 80 of Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the stipulation of Perppu Number 1 of 2016, the second amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
