The Indonesian contingent ended the struggle on Monday (15/12) with a record of 52 gold, 65 silver and 68 bronze.Okto assessed that the total number of medals exceeded expectations and the target scheme that had been prepared before departure.
However, Okto reminded that the success so far should not make Indonesia complacent.There are still many sports that have not been played and support for Indonesian athletes must continue to be encouraged.

Indonesia has set a target of 80 gold medals at the 2025 SEA Games. With this number, Indonesia hopes to be in third place at the end of the 2025 SEA Games standings.
The hunt for the SEA Games gold medal will continue until the final day on Saturday (20/12).Currently, Indonesia sits in second place in the standings.
Indonesia only lost to host Thailand, who has risen unchallenged as the top of the SEA Games medal standings so far.
