, a young cleric from Kediri who went viral kissing girls.
He questioned what kind of preaching Elham did to kiss children.He hopes that Ellham will be given sanctions for his actions to deter him.
“What kind of preaching is like that, his behavior is kissing, destroying it. It must not appear again, if necessary, he will be given deterrent sanctions,” said Miftach to media crew at Uinsa Surabaya, Thursday (13/11).

Miftach also asked the authorities to pick up the ball to take action against Ellham’s actions.PBNU, he said, could only impose administrative sanctions.
“Yes, the authorities [can take action]. For NU, the sanctions will be administrative. The authorities have to pick up the ball,” he said.
He said that to prevent similar cases from happening again, PBNU had formed a task force team (task force) to monitor actions outside the limits when preaching.
“PBNU has formed a task force team, it has been formed,” he said.
Previously, Elham Yahya Luqman or Gus Elham finally spoke up and apologized publicly after his video of kissing girls went viral and drew public criticism.
In his statement, Elham apologized profusely and admitted that his actions were a mistake and mistake.
“With full humility, I, Muhammad Elham Yahya Al-Maliki, personally apologize profusely to the entire community for the circulation of the video which caused a commotion. I admit that this was my personal mistake and mistake,” said Elham, quoted on Wednesday (12/11).
Elham admitted that he would use this incident as an important lesson to be more careful in preaching and maintaining ethics in public spaces.He also promised to improve his way of preaching in accordance with the nation’s religious and cultural values.
“I am committed to improving and making this incident a valuable lesson so that similar things do not happen again in the future. And I am also determined to convey my da’wah in a wiser way, in accordance with the nation’s religious, ethical and cultural norms and upholding morals,” he said.
