offered to send nuclear experts to Indonesia, when meeting with the President
Prabowo Subianto
in Moscow, today, Wednesday (10/12).
During the meeting, Putin noted the good prospects regarding nuclear energy cooperation between Indonesia and Russia.

“We have very good prospects in the energy sector, including nuclear power plants,” Putin was quoted as saying at the meeting

He then said, “I know such plans exist in your country and if you consider it possible to involve our specialists, we are always ready to help you.”
Russia and Indonesia have good relations.Cooperation between the two countries also continues to increase, especially in the humanitarian and tourism fields.
On that occasion, Putin said that the number of tourists from both countries had increased on both the Indonesian and Russian sides.
This is not the first time the two heads of state have met this year.Prabowo previously met Putin last June.
During the meeting, Putin also emphasized that he was ready to help Indonesia develop nuclear power.
“We are open to cooperation with Indonesian partners in the nuclear sector. We also wish to realize nuclear projects in the peaceful sector, including health, agriculture and staff training,” Putin said at the time.
