Hundreds of injured victims and dozens of missing residents came from five districts/cities in North Sumatra that were affected by the disaster.
If detailed, there were three injured victims in North Tapanuli Regency, 561 people in Central Tapanuli Regency, 69 people in South Tapanuli Regency, 61 people in Sibolga City, and 10 people in Humbang Hasundutan Regency.
Meanwhile, two people disappeared in North Tapanuli Regency, 57 people in Central Tapanuli Regency, 30 people in South Tapanuli Regency, one person each in Sibolga City and Humabang Hasundutan Regency.
Efforts to handle disaster events continue to be carried out in each region with a number of related policy stakeholders.
“We will continue to provide information regarding developments regarding the disaster, including data,” he said.
The 19 districts/cities that were hit by natural disasters were Medan City, Tebingtinggi City, Binjai City, Padangsidimpuan City and Sibolga City.
Next, Deliserdang Regency, Serdangberdagai Regency, Langkat Regency, Humbang Hasundutan Regency and Pakpak Bharat Regency.
Furthermore, Nias Regency, South Nias Regency, North Nias Regency, North Tapanuli Regency, Asahan Regency, South Tapanuli Regency, Central Tapanuli Regency, Mandailing Natal Regency, and Batubara Regency.
