fiscal incentives
IDR 300 billion for regional governments (Pemda) that show good performance in efforts to handle stunting for the 2025 fiscal year.
This is stated in the Decree of the Minister of Finance (KMK) Number 330 of 2025 which was stipulated by the Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa on 10 November 2025.

“To determine the allocation of Fiscal Incentive Funds for the 2025 fiscal year for the current year’s performance awards in the stunting reduction category at IDR 300 billion,” reads KMK 330/2025, citing

This year’s incentive value is IDR 475 billion lower compared to last year’s incentive which reached IDR 775 billion.Apart from the nominal amount, the number of regional governments receiving incentives in this category is also lower, with details of three provinces, 38 districts and nine cities.
Meanwhile, in KMK 353/2024 which was signed by former Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati, the number of regions receiving incentives was nine provinces, 99 districts and 22 cities.
This year, the provinces receiving incentives include North Sumatra, Central Sulawesi and South Sulawesi.
Meanwhile, the districts include Deli Serdang, Batu Bara, East Ogan Komering Ulu, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir, Pringsewu, Bandung, Bogor, Garut, Karawang, Demak, Kudus, Pemalang, Sukoharjo, Bojonegoro, Jombang, Lumajang, Magetan, Malang, Mojokerto, Nganjuk, Pasuruan and Tuban.
Then, Hulu Sungai Selatan, Morowali, Bantaeng, Gowa, Maros, Pinrang, Sinjai, Sidenreng Rappang, Takalar, Wajo, Gianyar, Klungkung, Tabanan, West Sumbawa, Tangerang and Bintan districts.
The cities that receive incentives are Tebing Tinggi, Sukabumi, Blitar, Madiun, Mojokerto, Batu, Palu, Serang and South Tangerang.
This fiscal incentive is given to carry out the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 71 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Reducing Stunting.
Based on Attachment to KMK 330/2025, types of expenditure on stunting marking include education programs;provision of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food and beverages;provision of drinking water;waste and waste management;residential development;to food security.
