So don’t let the already good image go, yesterday it gave 15 women the opportunity to become drivers… the service facilities are good, but if someone commits harassment, whoever it is, if that’s true, I ask that action be taken as firmly as possible,” he said.

, three PT Transjakarta employees are suspected of being victims of sexual harassment by two of their superiors in the work environment since May 2025.
This case triggered a number of members of PT Transjakarta’s Digital Aerospace and Transportation Workers’ Union (PUK SPDT FSPMI) Work Unit to stage a protest in front of the Transjakarta Office, East Jakarta, Wednesday.
“The first is a case of sexual harassment and violence. Three of our members were harassed by two perpetrators, a superior or leader of the victim, where our members were their subordinates,” said Chairman of PUK SPDT FSPMI PT Transjakarta Indra Kurniawan on the sidelines of the action.
One victim worked in the Transcare task force, namely the Transjakarta Cares shuttle service for people with disabilities in Jakarta.Meanwhile, the other two victims served in the Transjakarta task force in the field of tourism services.
The two alleged perpetrators were field coordinators in the field of service and control of tour buses in the unit where the victims worked.
Head of the Transjakarta Public Relations & CSR Department, Ayu Wardhani, said that Transjakarta opposes all forms of sexual violence and has carried out various campaigns both internally and externally.
He said that employees suspected of committing harassment had received sanctions.
“The employee concerned (field coordinator) has received disciplinary sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations (SP2),” said Ayu.
He said that if there is new evidence and there is dissatisfaction with the decision, management is very open to re-processing the process.
“We are also committed to always being on the victim’s side if this case is brought to justice,” he said.
