On the other hand, Pramono said the provincial government was still reviewing plans to limit social media for children.He said age restrictions on accessing social media had been implemented in other countries.
“Now the trend in developed countries is that there are age restrictions for people who can view social media. Because social media is so open. But once again, in Jakarta, we will study it more deeply,” he said.
Previously, an explosion occurred at SMAN 72 North Jakarta, Friday (7/11) at around 12.15 WIB, in the school mosque area during Friday prayers.
There were no fatalities in the incident.However, there were 96 people injured in the incident.
Spokesperson for Densus 88 Anti-terror Police AKBP Mayndra Eka Wardhana stated that the explosion at SMA 72 Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta was not an act of terrorism, but just a general criminal act.
“There was no finding of any terrorist activity carried out by ABH (children in conflict with the law). So the actions carried out were purely general criminal acts,” he said at a press conference, Tuesday (11/11).
