They are former President Director of PT ASPD Ira Puspadewi, Director of Commercial and Services of PT ASDP Muhammad Yusuf Hadi and Director of Planning and Development of PT ASDP Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono.
Deputy Speaker of the DPR Sufmi Dasco Ahmad explained the reasons why President Prabowo provided rehabilitation to the three defendants who were found guilty in the alleged ASDP corruption case.

Dasco said the DPR had received various aspirations from the public and community groups regarding the legal case that has ensnared Ira and the two former ASDP directors since July 2024.
He also asked Commission III or the DPR Law Commission to conduct a study of the case which will begin to be investigated in July 2024.
According to him, the results of the legal study were then submitted to the government regarding case Number: 68/Pid.Sus-TPK/PN.Jkt.Pst on behalf of Ira Puspadewi, Muhammad Yusuf Hadi, and Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono.
“From the results of communications with the government, thank God, today the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Prabowo Subianto, has signed a letter of rehabilitation for the three names,” said Dasco at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Tuesday (25/11).
Meanwhile, Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi said the government, in this case the Ministry of Law, also received aspirations regarding the case of Ira and his friends.
Pras said that after the DPR sent a letter regarding suggestions for providing rehabilitation to Ira and his friends, the Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas conducted a study.
“Then it was discussed in a limited meeting and the President gave a decision to exercise his rights in the case that was mentioned earlier. The case has been going on for quite a long time and it happened to the Managing Director of ASDP and several staff at ASDP,” said Pras.
“Based on a request from the Ministry of Law, the President gave his approval and Alhamdulillah, only this afternoon he put his signature and the three of us were asked to convey it to the public,” he added.
Previously, the panel of judges at the Jakarta Corruption Court sentenced Ira Puspadewi to 4 years and 6 months in prison and a fine of Rp. 500 million, subsidiary to 3 months in prison.
Meanwhile, the Director of Commercial and Services of PT ASDP Muhammad Yusuf Hadi and the Director of Planning and Development of PT ASDP for the period June 2020-present Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono were sentenced to 4 years in prison each and a fine of IDR 250 million, subsidiary to 3 months in prison.
According to the judge, the defendants have been proven to have committed criminal acts of corruption which caused state financial losses of up to IDR 1.25 trillion in KSU and the acquisition of PT JN by PT ASDP in 2019-2022.
Case number: 68/Pid.Sus-TPK/PN.Jkt.Pst was examined and tried by the chairman of the Sunoto panel with member judges Nur Sari Baktiana and Mardiantos.

According to him, Ira et al should be acquitted (

) because there was no criminal act of corruption in the KSU case and the acquisition of PT JN by PT ASDP.
He views that it is more appropriate to resolve the case in a civil manner because the actions of Ira et al in acquiring PT JN are protected by BJR principles.
