On that occasion, Prabowo promised temporary housing to the residents there, which has now begun construction.
“Temporary residential houses have started to be built, they can be completed, temporary housing for a month so that ladies and gentlemen don’t have to live in tents,” said Prabowo.
After that, he also promised to build permanent housing for the victims.
According to him, the promised permanent housing is also appropriate and good enough for the residents there to live in.
“I see that the quality is quite good, the area is large, the permanent residence is also quite large, 70 m2,” he said.
Prabowo said the government would not remain silent.He said that all parties are now working hard to overcome this problem.
Prabowo is visiting locations affected by flash floods and landslides in Sumatra.
He arrived at Minangkabau International Airport, Kab.Padang Pariaman around 18.30 WIB.
Today, Prabowo is scheduled to visit three districts affected by the disaster.Namely District.Agam, Kab.Padang Pariaman, and Kab.Flatland.
