admitted that he didn’t care if he was ‘laughed at’ when he talked about foreign powers protecting the country’s wealth for the Indonesian people.
“When I talk about foreign powers, I’m laughed at, I don’t care. I was elected, I was appointed by the Indonesian people, I will die for the Indonesian people. For me, to die for the people, is my honor. I thank the PKH Task Force, those of you who work, thank you,” said Prabowo in a speech at the handover ceremony for the results of the state financial rescue at the Attorney General’s Office, South Jakarta, Wednesday (24/12).
Prabowo revealed this after talking about protecting Indonesia’s state assets from irresponsible parties.

“The country is like a human body, wealth and money are like blood. If a human body leaks a few cc every day, that body collapses. The country is the same. In the end, our wealth is leaked, robbed, stolen, false reports, under invoicing, officials are bribed, smuggled in and out, how can the country survive. This is what several powers want,” said Prabowo.
Prabowo witnessed the Attorney General handing over IDR 6.62 trillion which was the result of saving state finances and collecting administrative fines from the state.The handover was handed over symbolically by Attorney General ST Burhanuddin to the Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa.
The money handed over amounting to IDR 4,280,328,440,469.74 was the result of saving state finances due to the handling of corruption cases by the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office.Meanwhile, the remaining Rp. 2,344,965,750.00 is the result of collection of forestry administrative fines by the Forest Area Control Task Force (PKH).
Prabowo expressed his gratitude to the Forest Area Control Task Force (PKH) for working to save the country’s wealth.Prabowo said he was proud of the achievements demonstrated by the PKH Task Force today.
“Today I am happy, even though work is still going on, the journey is still hard. However, I have an instinct that in 2026 we will take even bolder steps.”
“Now we are beyond responsible. What they want to do, whether they want to pay anyone, slander us, speak ill of us, there is no problem. We continue to work, we continue to work for the people. And the people feel and see what we are doing. We will save the country’s wealth without any doubt,” added Prabowo.
