These four foreigners have undergone legal proceedings and were found proven to have violated traffic rules and misused their immigration residence permits.

Winarko as Head of the Ngurah Rai Office, Bali, stated that after the completion of the minor criminal justice process or tipiring which was held at the Denpasar District Court (PN), Bali, on Friday (12/12), immigration immediately took immigration administrative action.
Apart from that, based on the inspection, the four foreigners entered Indonesia using visit visas upon arrival or
Visa on Arrival
(VoA).
However, they were proven to be carrying out commercial content production activities that were not in accordance with the tourist residence permit.
“We have taken firm action. To JJT and INL. We are carrying out deportation and detention based on Article 75 paragraph (1) Jo. Article 122 letter a of the Immigration Law,” said Winarko, in his written statement, Saturday (13/12).
“For TB (Bonnie Blue) and LAJ, sanctions are given in layers for immigration violations and legal violations that have been decided by the court,” he added.
As a follow-up to this decision, the four foreigners were deported via I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport on Friday (12/12), and their names were included in the detention list for six months.
He emphasized that this action was proof of the strong synergy between the National Police and Immigration in maintaining public order.Both agencies emphasized their commitment to ensuring tourists respect Balinese laws, customs and local wisdom.
“Strict action in the form of deportation and deterrence is expected to have a deterrent effect so that similar incidents do not happen again, in order to maintain Bali’s image as a safe and cultural tourist destination,” he said.
Previously, Bonnie Blue and her colleague Jackson Liam Andrew were sentenced to a fine of IDR 200 thousand by the Panel of Judges at the Denpasar District Court (PN), Bali, on Friday (12/12).
The fine was imposed after being proven to have committed a traffic violation in a minor criminal case (Tipiring).The verdict was read out in a trial which took place in the Candra Room of the Denpasar District Court, Friday (12/12).
“Sentenced defendant one Jakson Liam Andrew and defendant two Tia Emma Billinger. Therefore, a fine of Rp. 200 thousand with the provision that if the fine is not paid it will be replaced by imprisonment for one month,” said Judge I Ketut Somanasa.
