) handed over the case file for the kidnapping and murder of the branch head (kacab) of a bank in Jakarta with the initials MIP (37) to the Military Prosecutor,
“The handover of the bank branch case from Pomdam Jaya Investigators to the Jakarta II-07 Military Prosecutor,” said Head of the Jakarta II-07 Military Prosecutor (Kaotmil) Colonel Chk Andri Wijaya when confirmed in Jakarta, Monday (15/12).
He said there were three suspects in the case who came from the Kopassus Headquarters Detachment (Denma) unit, namely Serka MN, Kopda FH, and Serka FY.

The case files received are then examined to ensure the completeness of the formal and material requirements.
“The file is received by Otmil, then a full formal and material examination is carried out. If it is fulfilled, it will immediately be transferred to the Military Court,” explained Andri.
He also ensured that the case resolution process was carried out transparently to provide legal certainty.
“Otmil II-07 Jakarta guarantees a fast and transparent case resolution process by prioritizing the principle of legal certainty and fulfilling a sense of justice,” said Andri.
Previously, Pomdam Jaya named Kopda FH as a suspect in the kidnapping and murder case of the head of a bank in Jakarta with the initials MIP (37).
The suspect Kopda FH has currently been detained at Pomdam Jaya.
“The person concerned (Kopda FH), has been detained and named a suspect,” said Danpomdam Jaya Colonel CPM Donny Agus when confirmed, Friday (12/9).
In this case, there were at least four main actors in the kidnapping and murder of the head of a bank in Jakarta with the initials MIP, namely C, DH, YJ and AA.They were arrested at different locations and times.
The perpetrators with the initials DH, YJ and AA were arrested on August 23 2025, at 20.15 WIB in the Solo area, Central Java.
Then, the perpetrator with the initials C was arrested in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area, North Jakarta, at 15.30 WIB on August 24 2025.
MIP, who is the head of a sub-branch office (KCP) of a bank in Jakarta, became a victim of kidnapping and murder at a shopping center in Ciracas, East Jakarta.
The body was found in Karangsambung Village, RT 8/RW 4, Nagasari Village, Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency, West Java, at around 05.30 WIB on August 21 2025.
A resident in the rice field area first discovered the body with its hands and feet tied, while its eyes were wrapped in duct tape.
The body was then immediately rushed to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital for an autopsy as part of the investigation.
