Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Budi Hermanto said in CCTV footage, the alleged perpetrator was seen carrying two bags when he entered the school area.
“We answered earlier that this finding was true, if you look at the CCTV, the child’s arrival was carrying a school bag and a bag he was carrying. That’s all the stuff that was in there,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Bhudi Hermanto, to reporters, Monday (10/11).

The National Police’s Anti-terror Densus 88 previously said that the alleged perpetrator carried seven explosives.Of the seven explosives, four of them exploded.
“But maybe there were some fuses that weren’t triggered, so this item didn’t explode. This means that four of the seven explosives that have exploded, there are three left that haven’t,” said Budi.
“This will be explained in detail, comprehensively, later by Gegana and Densus, and Puslabfor, because that is the result of the crime scene investigation,” he continued.
Furthermore, Budi said that currently his party was investigating the origin of the explosives owned by the alleged perpetrator.This includes looking for the possibility that someone taught the alleged perpetrator to assemble explosives.
“We will investigate other parties if someone teaches bomb making, including from social media. The Regional Police Chief will build synergy, in this case Komdigi, to jointly look at content that is not suitable for consumption by children. There must be limits,” he said.
Previously, an explosion occurred at SMAN 72 North Jakarta, Friday (7/11) at around 12.15 WIB, in the school mosque area during Friday prayers.
There were no fatalities in the incident.However, there were 96 people injured in the incident.
