Israel
from international football over the genocide against Palestinians.

“There is no common place, stage or arena in international civil society that can accept a regime that commits genocide, apartheid and crimes against humanity,” the letter was quoted as saying.

.
“Israel’s continued impunity for these crimes will only end with conscious collective action, including steps to block their access to sporting or cultural events and activities.”
Apart from Pogba, this movement is supported by Moroccan star Hakim Ziyech, Dutch striker Anwar El Ghazi and Spanish winger Adama Traore.
Human rights advocacy groups, including the Hind Rajab Foundation and the Gaza Tribunal, also signed the petition.
This petition is a continuation of the campaign to urge UEFA to ban Israel on the international stage as a consequence of the atrocities committed by their government during the war in Gaza.
Even though the ceasefire mediated by the United States since last month was able to reduce Israeli attacks on Gaza, Israel continues to impose restrictions on Palestinians in the region.
Referring to Aljazeera data, as many as 69,182 Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks, including 421 footballers.
