The “Christmas Surprise” program was deliberately created by Oxford as an appreciation for extraordinary fans in all supporter groups.
This program will also be launched on OUTV to tell the extraordinary stories of Oxford fans across Oxfordshire who have fought hard to help others.

Throughout December, the club will be on the road to surprise supporters.Player representatives and team staff will visit their homes, workplaces and community centers.
The surprise gift was a specially curated Oxford United souvenir bag with a personalized thank you letter from the Invitation Club for the Preston North End match on Saturday (13/12), including the experience of attending a lively VIP match.
Last November, supporters were invited to nominate friends, family members, colleagues and fellow fans who have had an extraordinary impact on their supporter group.
After receiving hundreds of nominations, the club selected five extraordinary stories, each with their own unique story and inspiration.
“Oxford United’s Christmas surprise underlines the club’s ongoing commitment to celebrating the positive contribution made by our supporters, especially during the festive season,” said Oxford’s official statement.
The first episode of the series can now be seen on OUTV, featuring community football coach Lee White, who is surprised by Indonesian national team striker, Ole Romeny, in a children’s session in Abingdon.
