Riduan
as President Director of Bank Mandiri and Henry Panjaitan as Deputy President Director after passing the fit and proper test (

).
SEVP Corporate Relations of Bank Mandiri M. Wisnu Trihanggodo said that this OJK decision was a strategic momentum to strengthen the direction of the company’s transformation.
“This determination reflects the regulator’s confidence in the solidity of Bank Mandiri’s management. The Company will continue to accelerate service innovation, strengthen business fundamentals, and ensure prudent and transparent governance,” said Wisnu in his official statement, Tuesday (2/12).

Furthermore, the company affirms its commitment to maintaining performance stability, expanding the contribution of intermediation to the productive sector, as well as providing added value to the national economy, people’s economy and expanding new job opportunities.
With the leadership of Riduan and Henry, the company is optimistic that it can maintain strong and sustainable growth momentum in the future in line with Bank Mandiri’s role as a strategic partner for the government.
Riduan previously served as Deputy President Director of Bank Mandiri and has a long track record in the segment
corporate and commercial banking.
Throughout his career at the bank with the gold ribbon logo, he led various strategic functions starting from regional banking, as well as serving various customers across segments from retail to corporate.
This experience strengthens his capacity to accelerate intermediation and expand the contribution of productive financing.
Meanwhile, Henry Panjaitan brings a strong background in risk management and international business.
Before being appointed as Deputy President Director of Bank Mandiri, he had a long career at Bank BNI and most recently served as Director of Guarantee Business at PT Jamkrindo.
His experience strengthens the foundation of network expansion, strengthening the digital ecosystem and risk governance of Bank Mandiri.
