salary
Free Nutritious Meal program officer (
MBG
) which was in arrears will be disbursed no later than this week.
He said that all administrative processes were being completed and the funds would soon enter the officers’ accounts.

He explained that the delay in payment occurred because the budget shift process which should have been carried out at the beginning of the month was slightly behind schedule.Nevertheless, BGN ensures that resolving steps have been taken so that salaries can be received immediately by all officers.
“So we have to administratively shift the budget which we usually work on on the 6th. There was a delay, but this week we have shifted the budget to complete it until December. So next month there will be no more delays,” said Dadan.
He explained that differences in employment status are one of the technical factors in the payment process.Officers from the Bachelor of Indonesian Development Drivers (SPPI)

2 is said to have experienced no problems because he already has the status of a Government Employee with a Work Agreement (PPPK) and receives regular performance allowances.
“Well, then it is related to SPPI salaries, so I have to explain SPPI
batches
Those 2 statuses are now PPPK.”So they don’t have any problems with salaries and they even receive performance allowances,” he explained.
Meanwhile, SPPI

3, nutritionists (AG) and accountants (AK) are still in the process of administrative adjustment and are temporarily paid using an individual consultant system.
“Well, we were planning on SPPI Batch 3 or CAT

This was yesterday so actually our ceiling is in the PPPK ceiling, in a different budget code but because there are still things that need to be resolved, for now SPPI

3 and also AG and AK still have to be paid according to the system known as individual consultants,” said Dadan.
He hopes that next year all MBG officers will have PPPK status so that the salary payment process can run more smoothly and routinely every month.
“Hopefully next year they will have PPPK so that every 1st they will have a routine like ASN,” he said.
Apart from that, all SPPI staff

3, including nutritionists and accountants, were promised to be appointed as PPPK.With this status, they will later receive performance allowances like other ASN.
Previously, Deputy Head of BGN Nanik Sudaryati Deyang said that the delay in paying MBG officers’ salaries was not caused by a lack of budget, but rather due to technical administrative problems. He ensured that all officers would receive their full rights, including salary plans for the last few weeks.
BGN noted that the number of officers involved in the MBG program reached around 30 thousand people, consisting of SPPI, nutritionists and accountants. The large volume of data and the administrative verification process are said to be technical factors that slow down disbursement.
To prevent similar delays, BGN has instructed all relevant officials, including Commitment Making Officers (PPK) and financial units, to strengthen coordination and ensure that subsequent payments are on time.
