He said registration to issuance of the certificate served by the Ministry of ATR/BPN takes 140 days.He targets that the time for issuing land certificates can be reduced to 60 days.
“On average, our service process from registration to certificate is still around 140 (days). We will emphasize this, we want it not to take more than 60 (days) for people to register until they get the certificate,” said Nusron when met at the National Working Meeting of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Jakarta, quoted

Nusron said that ATR/BPN services had not been evaluated for 16 years, so it was not surprising that many services were delayed for a long time.
He revealed that there had been certificate matters since 2014 which had not been completed until now.In total, he said, there were 188 thousand arrears for ATR/BPN services as of November 2025.
“There were arrears which were originally 329 thousand, then fell to 188 thousand now. So, there are 50 thousand which are in arrears from 2014 to 2024. The rest are arrears in 2025. So, we ask for it to be resolved immediately so that there is acceleration,” he said.
“Our service model has never been evaluated for 16 years. Is the situation today with the existing SOP still relevant or not? If it is not relevant, we will evaluate it,” he continued.
