Apart from law enforcement, Nusron assesses that the moral steadfastness of ATR/BPN employees in not wanting to be involved in colluding with the land mafia is the main key to eradication.
According to him, all efforts to digitize, improve governance, and strengthen land regulations will be in vain if there are still compromise gaps within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

“As long as BPN officials don’t want to be involved in collusion, the land mafia will definitely run away. They can only move if a door is opened from within. If we close the gap tightly, they will disperse by themselves,” said Nusron in an official statement, Sunday (16/11).
He also straightened out his statement regarding the mafia still existing until the end of the world in less than two days.This statement is simply an affirmation that criminal practices will always look for loopholes in various forms, not a form of pessimism.
For this reason, Nusron views the main strategy for eradicating the land mafia as not just pursuing the perpetrators, but strengthening the country’s main fortress, namely the integrity of the ATR/BPN Ministry apparatus.
“We eradicate them, they will appear again in different forms. What changes is only the model, not their evil intentions. The most effective way to deal with the land mafia is to ensure that BPN people are strong, proper and firmly enforce the rules,” said Nusron.
He added that professionalism of the apparatus, administrative discipline, and full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), are the foundations for closing all land mafia gaming spaces.There can be no compromise, no matter how small.
“As long as officials and employees do not want to be involved in collusion, the mafia will not be able to enter. No matter how hard they move, if we are not tempted, they (the land mafia) will definitely fail,” he concluded.
