He explained that Bripda TTD was fired after KKEP investigated the viral video of violence committed against two SPN students.
In the video, Bripda TTD beats and kicks the victim in one of the rooms at SPN Kupang.Bripda TTD is a member of the Ditsamapta Polda NTT who is currently on BKO to SPN Kupang.
Henry said the PTDH decision was contained in the KKEP Session decision Number PUT/58/XI/2025/KKEP.TTD’s behavior was declared a disgraceful act.
Henry explained that before undergoing the KKEP trial, Bripda TTD had undergone administrative sanctions with special placement (patsus) for 20 days.
“The alleged violator has appealed the decision,” said Henry.
In this case, a police officer, namely Bripda GHDRP, who helped Bripda TTD record the violence, was also sentenced to five years’ demotion.
“At the second trial, the alleged perpetrator of Bripda GHDRP, a member of Bidokkes (BKO SPN), was found to have failed to stop the abuse and instead recorded the incident without any attempt to intervene,” said Henry.
“KKEP Session Decision Number PUT/59/XI/2025/KKEP stipulates ethical sanctions against Bripda GHDRP because the behavior was declared a disgraceful act. The administrative sanction is placement in a special place (patsus) for 20 days and transfer is demotion for 5 years,” he added.
