“Will it be revoked this time? Not revoked. Definitely not. We will continue to gas. We will continue to fight!”said Marulitua Sianturi when met at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (2/12).
A similar attitude was conveyed by Surya Batubara as Reza Gladys’ attorney.He stated that his party was ready to fight in court and demand accountability from the plaintiff.So, he urged Nikita not to withdraw the lawsuit.

“If he has violated the law, what else will he ask us for? Unless he apologizes to us. Yes. If not, then we will go to war!”said Surya Batubara.
This was conveyed when mediation between Nikita Mirzani and Reza Gladys regarding an Unlawful Act lawsuit worth IDR 200 billion ended in a deadlock.
By signing the Minutes of Failed Mediation, both parties must prepare evidence and witnesses to strengthen their arguments at the next trial.Reza Gladys’ attorney stated that they would strengthen the evidence and witnesses.
“We just have to strengthen the evidence and witnesses individually. This means that if our evidence and witnesses can support and strengthen it, then we can test it together with the panel of judges,” said Reza Gladys’ attorney, Darsono Edo.
The next agenda for the hearing is the reading of the failed mediation report and the reading of the lawsuit by the Panel of Judges, which is scheduled to take place this week.
