(Perseroda) apologizes for the inconvenience experienced by customers due to operational disruptions that occurred since 10.26 WIB on Thursday (20/11) today.
The disruption occurred due to a fallen tree in the transition area of ​​the route from Senayan Mastercard Station to ASEAN Station, which caused structural damage and disruption of the electrical network so that MRT Jakarta train operational services stopped.
At the time of the incident, five circuits were recorded at the station and three circuits were on the track.

Head of the Corporate Secretary Division of MRT Jakarta, Rendy Primartantyo, explained that as of 14.00 WIB, the company was still trying to overcome the disturbance.
“Currently, the handling process continues to be carried out by the MRT Jakarta operational and technical team to restore service as quickly as possible,” said Rendy in an official statement.
The company, continued Rendy, is committed to maintaining customer safety, and has completed the evacuation process according to procedures for 524 customers from a number of affected trains and station areas.
As a step to restore services, MRT Jakarta is temporarily implementing a Limited Travel Route scheme, namely operating services from Blok M BCA Station to Lebak Bulus Station and also the reverse route using four trains.
“We urge customers to consider using other alternative public transportation for the time being,” said Rendy.
Furthermore, information on developments in handling and restoration of services will be conveyed periodically through the official MRT Jakarta information channel.
